Noel Zoeller with F45 Training teamed up with The Cauble Group to find the perfect location for his new gym in Mount Juliet, Tennessee that will be opening very soon at 2014 Providence Pkwy.
“We needed a rectangular box that would accommodate the F45 programming and include a small back-of-house area for an office and restrooms.” This rectangular space at Providence Parkway was to be delivered in a Cold Dark Shell condition, which gave Noel the option to build out his suite to his exact needs and the franchise’s requirements.
“We also wanted to be in a high-volume commercial area that would offer great visibility and plenty of onsite parking.” This space has high traffic counts with great visibility from the street and is surrounded by many retailers which should bring in many new clients for F45 Mount Juliet who are curious about exploring a new way to stimulate their physical health.
The Importance of Exercise
Practicing physical exercise is not just about the bragging rights at the bench press or being able to run a marathon. Sure, working out may slim your waistline and make your muscles pop, but the benefits of exercising go far beyond just “looking good in a swimsuit.”
