Today, Peerless Mill occupies a 32-acre site with 29 historic buildings, totaling 1.5 million square feet of space. After acquiring this property two years ago, our vision has been to breathe new life into this historic site, transforming it into a vibrant mixed-use hub that respects its rich history while introducing modern functionalities.
The revitalization plan for Peerless Mill is extensive and multi-phased, intended to happen over the next 10 to 15 years. Our current focus is on redeveloping specific buildings for immediate use, enhancing their structural integrity and aesthetic appeal while preparing them for a variety of commercial and recreational purposes. Responsibilities:
