On Wednesday, November 6th, award winning multi-family syndicator, Bruce Petersen - The Apt Guy - will be in Nashville for a half-day crash course class on multi-family syndication and will be speaking at the Real Estate Investors of Nashville’s Deals meeting in East Nashville.
Bruce began mentoring others in the syndication, acquisition, operation, and disposition of multiple apartment complexes in 2014. Bruce’s passion is providing passive streams of income to investors by buying and improving apartment complexes and creating communities residents love to call home.
The Apt-Guy℠, Bruce Petersen, is a serial syndicator of large multi-family properties throughout Central Texas ranging in size from 120-292 units and currently manages a commercial portfolio of around 1,000 doors. He was awarded the Austin Apartment Association’s Independent Rental Owner of the Year for 2016 and the National Apartment Association’s Independent Rental Owner of the Year for 2017.

General rules of thumb for your target property (i.e.- 1% rule, drive the asset and/or schedule initial tour with listing broker, detailed market survey, LOI if the deal makes sense after a detailed underwriting)
