Renderings Released for Cauble's Office Renovation on Dickerson Pike

East Nashville Office Renovation

Tyler Cauble, real estate investor and owner of East Nashville-based commercial real estate firm The Cauble Group and commercial property management company Parasol, has acquired a managing stake in the building located at 3250 Dickerson Pike. This 27,800 square foot, Class C office space is located approximately 10 minutes from downtown Nashville and 15 minutes to BNA / Belle Meade with quick access to I-65, Briley Parkway, and Ellington Parkway.

The Cauble Group, founded by Tyler Cauble in February 2018, will handle the leasing and Parasol Property Management will manage the property. CDP Architecture helped re-envision the property. This renovation project is Cauble’s largest investment in East Nashville to date.

I’m excited for the opportunity that this property presents for office space on the East Side. 3250 Dickerson Pike is one of the largest office buildings along the corridor and offers unparalleled connectivity thanks to Briley, Ellington, and I-65. Dickerson Pike was booming in the mid-century and we’re working to bring that memory back through contemporary, unique renovation. Although we’re upgrading the building in its entirety, we will provide affordable office space for Nashville’s small business community.

Renovations to the property will include updated elevations, signage, common areas and restrooms, and customizable floor plans for incoming tenants.

3250 Dickerson Pike is a three-story office building situated on approximately 1.13 acres just south of the Briley Parkway exit. Thanks to its position on the Dickerson Pike corridor, the office building boasts wonderful views of downtown without the congestion of the urban core. With abundant onsite parking and well-configured floor plates, the 28,000 square foot building may accommodate more than twenty tenants.
