Leasing Assistant - The Cauble Group

Location: East Nashville, TN (In-Office Only)
Compensation: $30,000–$40,000 Base + 10–20% Commission on Closed Leases

We’re looking for a highly organized, driven, and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Leasing Assistant at The Cauble Group, one of Nashville’s top boutique commercial real estate brokerages. This full-time, in-office role is ideal for someone ready to break into commercial real estate and build their career from the ground up — with full support, mentorship, and hands-on experience alongside a top-producing broker.

What You’ll Do

You’ll be responsible for supporting our commercial leasing operations — managing listings, scheduling tours, qualifying leads, coordinating with tenants, and helping push deals through our CRM pipeline. You’ll work side-by-side with our broker and play a key role in executing leasing strategies, all while learning the business from the inside out.

What We’re Offering

  • A structured 12-month training path with zero pressure to generate your own business — just focus on learning and execution

  • Access to Tyler Cauble’s full suite of CRE training courses, the CRE Accelerator Mastermind, and the Brokers Mastermind

  • A growth path into brokerage, with increasing commission opportunities once you’re trained up and ready

  • A front-row seat to how commercial deals actually get done — with real-world mentorship and career-building experience

Who You Are

  • Detail-oriented and process-driven, with 1–3 years of relevant experience in leasing, property management, or real estate support roles

  • Excellent communicator and comfortable in a fast-paced, systemized team environment

  • Tech-savvy and familiar with tools like Google Workspace, CRM platforms (GoHighLevel or HubSpot), and Canva

  • Excited to eventually grow into a producing broker role — but ready to earn your stripes first
