RPM Skyline Announces Dickerson Pike Project
East Nashville
East Nashville-focused RPM Skyline, lead by founder Danielle Rice, has announced plans to renovate the former Piggly Wiggly at 917 Dickerson Pike. The 13,602 square foot building, which features a vaulted barrel roof, will be the Dickerson Pike corridor’s most vibrant development for retail and restaurants to date.
“The Dickerson Pike corridor has a rich mid-century history, which we aim to preserve and celebrate,” said Danielle Rice. “Pfeffer Torode was a natural choice to help redesign 917 Dickerson considering their expertise in this market. This project will be a beautiful addition to both Dickerson Pike and East Nashville.”

Dickerson Pike Provides New Opportunity
The site is located minutes from River North / downtown Nashville and, like much of the Dickerson Pike corridor, boasts unparalleled skyline views.
RPM Skyline has retained the architectural services of Pfeffer Torode and commercial leasing by The Cauble Group, both based in East Nashville.
“917 Dickerson will be a unique opportunity for retailers and restauranteurs, considering the immense growth along the corridor in recent years,” says Tyler Cauble, President of The Cauble Group. “This project will be the shovel in the ground that residents, business owners, and developers, alike, have been waiting for to catalyze the corridor.”
