Bad Axe Throwing, the world’s largest urban axe throwing club, is opening its first venue in Nashville, Tennessee. With multiple locations across the United States and Canada, Bad Axe Throwing-Nashville is set to be a flagship location.
Located at 648 Fogg Street in Nashville, Tennessee 37203, Bad Axe Throwing is steps away from Jack White’s record store, Third Man Records, Tennessee Brew Works and popular music venue and restaurant City Winery. Bad Axe Throwing will be the first dedicated axe throwing venue within walking distance from Bridgestone Arena, the Convention Center, and Downtown Broadway. At almost 9,000 sf, Bad Axe Nashville will also be the city’s largest axe throwing venue.
Alex Abram, Associate Broker at the East Nashville-based Commercial Real Estate Brokerage, The Cauble Group, represented the owners Bad Axe Throwing- Nashville in finding their space.

Thom and Angela Dahle, owners of Bad Axe Throwing-Nashville, are beginning renovations and plan to open its doors in the Late Fall of 2019. The Dahle’s are aiming to fit this new location with 15 pairs of throwing lanes, a stage for live music, and a rooftop bar and entertainment area with amazing skyline views.
“Our mission is to provide the best experience for every customer and be the premier and largest axe throwing location, not only in Nashville, but also in North America, in hopes of bringing The World Axe Throwing League-WATL World Championship (as seen on ESPN 2) to Nashville,” state Thom and Angela Dahle.
