The Real Estate Investors of Nashville (REIN) Deals, Deals, Deals event, hosted by real estate entrepreneur Tyler Cauble, is an opportunity for experienced and newbie investors alike to learn about real estate, network, and find / sell deals. At each event, we have “state of the market” discussions, where we discuss the Nashville market trends and rumors.
This week we’re meeting with Tyler Cauble, President of The Cauble Group and Managing Member of Parasol Property Management. Cauble will be speaking about how he finds and qualifies commercial deals, his philosophy on investing, and how he purchased his first commercial building with zero dollars out of pocket.
After four years working a local boutique development firm, Tyler left to start an East Nashville-based commercial real estate brokerage serving the Greater Nashville Area. He's a native Nashvillian that has not only been a witness to the city's tremendous growth, but is also involved in it through his developments, renovation projects, and volunteer work with the Real Estate Investors of Nashville and the Nashville Junior Chamber. In the past year alone, Cauble has acquired four commercial properties for a total of 50,000 square feet.
