Talent Management Company Leases Creative Office Space off Trimble Street
Fourward, founded in 2018 by Nashville Native Will Ward, is set to open it’s Nashville operations just outside of Downtown Nashville in Chestnut Hill.
The location at 69 Trimble Street was formerly home to The Trimble House, the brainchild of songwriter Kara DioGuardi, who designed it as a creative space for musicians and artists to “dream the unthinkable.”
About 69 Trimble Street
Spanning 5,000 square feet on .43 acres, 69 Trimble Street is a creative, adaptive-reuse building converted into office and event space from a previously industrial building. Originally constructed in 1955, the solid block building was renovated in 2018 and now features approximately 2,500 square feet of office and 2,500 square feet of event space.
There are four private offices, two full baths, a full kitchen, open work area / living room, a recording studio with built-in vocal booth, and a performance stage. The event space features taller ceilings and a glass garage door overlooking a fenced in patio (of which there are two on-site).
The Cauble Group represented both 69 Trimble Street and Fourward in this transaction.
About Fourward
Fourward is the latest venture for music industry veteran, Will Ward, after his departure from ROAR, which he co-founded in the early 2000s. The company will focus on the same four lines of business as his previous venture - Film & TV, Music, Production, Strategies & Development.
Ward, who managed Zac Brown Band for over a decade, brought on Nashville’s Shannan Hatch as President of Fourward Music. The group is off to a quick start in the country music market, signing artist Abby Anderson.
