The Real Estate Investors of Nashville (REIN) is getting a new host for its Deals, Deals, Deals event - introducing Tyler Cauble. Philip Rykwalder began the group three years ago as a means to network with others in the real estate industry.
The group is open to anyone in real estate looking to step up their game: Investors, Realtors, wholesalers, flippers, contractors, etc.
Tyler Cauble is a Nashville native that grew up watching his step-father develop properties throughout Middle Tennessee.
"One of my earliest memories was riding a dirt-bike around a site my step-dad was developing." That site turned out to be Hendersonville's Mansker Farm's community, which has over 750 single family homes.
He began his career in commercial leasing and sales four years ago and represents companies like Dickey's BBQ, Taco John's, The Rabbit Hole VR, and No Baked Cookie Dough, as well as a number of other local businesses and shopping centers / office buildings throughout the Nashville MSA.
Two years ago, he began his development career with the Bristol Creek Townhome community, 42 for-sale units in Bellevue, and he's currently working on a 25-acre mixed-use project in Hendersonville. Tyler and his group are actively seeking new development opportunities and apartment complexes for sale.
With a background in commercial real estate and development, he brings a unique perspective to Deals, Deals, Deals.
In his free time, Tyler likes to work in his wood shop, play guitar, golf, kayak, and enjoy Nashville craft beer (Tailgate Peanut Butter Milk Stout is a current go-to).
His upcoming book, Open for Business: The Insider's Guide to Leasing Commercial Real Estate, is set to release in January and you can follow his journey on Instagram: @Commercial_in_Nashville
Deals, Deals, Deals meets at the Truxton Trust building in Belle Meade every other Tuesday. You can find more information on the Real Estate Investors of Nashville (REIN) on their website here.
