The Real Estate Investors of Nashville (REIN) Deals, Deals, Deals event, hosted by real estate entrepreneur Tyler Cauble, is an opportunity for experienced and newbie investors alike to learn about real estate, network, and find / sell deals. At each event, we have “state of the market” discussions, where we discuss the Nashville market trends and rumors.
This week, we’re discussing raising capital and residential development with Bailey Neal, Principal of Legacy South Builders and Advent Capital Partners. The sister companies focus on infill development of residential and commercial projects. He oversees the daily operation of the business along with the development of Advent projects. Neal received a B.A. in Finance and a M.S. in Accounting from Southern Methodist University.
In addition to his HPR developments, Bailey has in the pipeline: a 32-unit development in East Nashville called Edwin Greens, a 16-unit development in East Nashville called Cherokee Place, and a private, lakefront community at Tims Ford Lake called Fanning Bend.
